This one took the credits out of the video "Tsumibito no kashou" and is claiming it to be thier own works.

this person has cut *inverse* hagane memories video out and put their own in at the end, and claimed that they made it.

I think its rude too but unfortunately you really can't do anything about it. We don't own the anime and we don't own the music so basically there is nothing we can do.

We request nicely that they stop doing what they are doing but odds are they won't. They'll just laugh and point and say "oh well too bad so sad."

So unfortunately there is nothing we really can do about it except to tell them to go to hell.

If you read the past few pages, you would find that there is something we can do: complain to the people who run the site, by flagging the videos as inappropriate and giving the reason why.

Yeab but honestly what would that do? They may take them down or they may not.

Either way take a chance and see what happens.
