Best file format to use for amvs?

Maybe so (I really don't have all the necessary information to debate that) but the widespread use of Flash video is and always has been streaming. The concept of streaming only works if the videos load fast, which means there's no sense in making high-bitrate streaming videos, thus limiting the practical capacities of Flash Video (with notes to the eventual exception) to lower bitrates.

If you want to prove that Flash is tomorrow, think practical, not just theorical.

Well, let's think about this...how fast have Internet connections increased in the past ten years? Now honestly, based on that, how far off do you think streaming hi-def video is? Hell, technically on my current cable connection I can handle streaming hi-def video. o_O
