but there is no freakin way you could actually edit with a laptop unless....unless....hmmm
you have super ultra extreme liquid cooler...that freezes your computer :nose:

My old laptop crashed right at the start when vegas tried to open
and yes it had enough RAM to handle the pressure @ Windows XP..FTW!! :awesome:
I do all my editing on a laptop and it's just using the stock cooling :/

Your laptop just sucks.

also no fucking edit button but. Dude my laptop is far better than any desktop I've ever owned. And my desktop isn't like an old 266mHz or somehit. No it's a 2.3Ghz AMD Athlon X2 processor with 3GB of RAM. My laptop is a 2.53 GHz i5 with 4GB of RAM. And trust me, specs aside, the desktop is slow as a bitch to edit on. This laptop is smooth and fast like a dream. I can directly import avs scripts (without too much filtering) of 1080p footage into Premiere and edit with next to no lag at all on this laptop, it's awesome.

Well, that is cool! That means I'm an immortal who's been editing since the dawn of time AND has been able to adapt to the latest technology and still can kick all you mere mortal editors asses |:> THERE CAN ONLY BE ONE!
