Hrm, that's not really what I was talking about...it was more from the angle that someone who has spent 10 years advancing their video editing skills (and has a talent for it) would likely be way out of the league of someone who has just started out, and that - if both individuals were making AMVs - the nature of the beast around here is that the product of the former would likely set the bar for the product of the latter. (I am trying to avoid using the "E" word). I wonder how it will play out as AMV editors get older, whether our age will have an impact on how our videos are perceived. This is assuming a good chunk of us stick with AMVs long enough to GET appreciably older and more experienced, of course...
