low budget B-class horror movies are acctually comedies in desguise, or it might just be bad acting (scripts), or really mad effects & costumes that make it hillarious. The Wired Knight wrote:They don't seem scary to me. They still classify as horror though, just as all those low budget B-movies are horror but fail to frighten.

i dont believe you can create horror in any form of media, because to me, horror should have you increasing the profits of security companys and arm's salesmen, otherwise its just moody, leading you to a jump of adrenaline, and then severe disappointment in the creators ability to live up to the promise of horror. no offense to anyone, except the major movie producers who make "horrors", get paid milllions they dont need, and win fame they dont deserve. a bit off topic i suppose isnt, well, you cant make a scary amv, just a "moody" one, or whatever term people like to use.

pen-pen2000's Requiem for a Nightmare is incredibly scary.
No, it's not on local yet.
But it's still scary.

I've seen that video countless times and the vocoder speech still makes me jump. Even though I know exactly when it's coming. And the whole first section is kind of creepy.AMVfreak wrote:Same here.angelx03 wrote:First few minutes of the Wasteland still creeps me out.
