Guys that look like Girls?

Hey, umm I'm checking into everyones suggestions, but are there any girly guys with blue eyes? Sorry if I missed it if someone said anything!

Well, I think Larva from Vampire Princess Miyu has blue eyes... But I haven't seen Miyu in such a long time that I can't remember if Larva looked like a girl or was just a really pretty guy....

Also, Shaman King's main character is Yoh.

Mm...did anyone mention Yue (Card captor sakura)? He has pale blue eyes, and looks effeminate when he isn't angry.
And Chihaya has a few scenes where his eyes are dark blue (most of the time they're purple).
Touya (YYH) has pale blue yes, and I think (could be wrong) that Griffith (Berserk) has pale blue eyes (he also has long pale bluish/white hair and looks effeminate - I think I forgot to add him).

I allways thought Freezer from dragon ball Z was female. I mean he even sounded like a chick, and he looked like my grandma.

That's only the dubbed version...if you listen to him in the Japanese track, his voice is, surprisingly enough, deeper than most of the Saiya-jins

I thought Freezer was a girl the first time I saw him too, but I don't think I want him......
