Computer games don't affect kids. I mean, if Pac Man affected us as kids, we'd all run around in a darkened room, munching pills, and listening to repetitive music~Kristian Wilson, CEO, Nintendo Gaming Corporation

ya, but can't you sell it as long as the music group/singer and the company owning the anime know about and let you do it? (ofcourse then they would want some profit off it too, unless they're nice :D)

No, because the music group/singer usually doesn't own the distribution rights to the music (as stupid as that may sound). And we all know how willing the RIAA is to allow anyone to distribute anything.

If the rights are owned by the artist, then the artist can let you use the music.
