Evangelion to some song I can't remember, freestyle category at Fanime '03... anyone know what that was? It was the showing on Saturday... I think the last one for the category... and it may have had End of Evangelion as well... but I haven't seen End of Evangelion.
Anyway, the first one where I know the title is feanor's Metropolis-Center of the Sun Video

The anime club I was in would always show AMVs for 30 minutes before showtime while everyone would filter in. They tended to play Eva and DBZ low-qual videos. Then one day out of the blue they had us all shutup and watch Kevin Caldwell's Phantom of the Opera AMV and since then I've been hooked. When I became a senior member I was in charge of the AMV tapes. 8)

In order:
Kusoyaro's Kyoto Kombat
Rogue/Mirth Studio's "The Final Countdown" set to "Evangelion"
Kusoyaro's Glory of Love (oh the irony)
I still think all three rule .

I have no idea who did this or what song it was but my first was a FFIX video. After halfway through I realized it had no editing done at all, just a string of FMVs with a boring song.
My second one was a random DBZ action video. Again, I have no idea who did it because I deleted it after watching for about 30 seconds.
My third one was much later at Anime Centrals contest and I finally realized not all AMVs are as bad as the first two I saw, just most of them.
