I'm currently using:

DVDDecrypter 3
VirtualDubMod 1.5.10.1
AviSynth 2.08
Sony Vegas 4
XVid

Just started using Vegas4, and it's the shit - I only got 256mb RAM and it flies :D. I've used Premiere Pro (trial) and Magix before and they were both pretty sluggish. So it gets a big star from me.

Here are all my programs.

Programs I frequently use:

Adobe Premiere Pro (don't pay attention to gossip; it owns)
VirtualDubv1.5.4
VirtualDubMod
SmartRipper
Adobe Photoshop CS
Jasc Software Paint Shop Pro 5 BETA executable (been using for 5-6 years)

Programs I don't use, but I have:

TMPG
Magix Music Maker 2004
Windows Movie Maker 2.0 (came with XP)

Currently armed with

VirtualDubMod
TMPG
Photoshop Elements
Paint Shop Pro 7
Jasc Animation Studio
Windows Movie Maker 2

Not exactly impressive but it produces AMV's.

I write the 0s and 1s in blood, penned on a parchment of human flesh. And I compite it in Microsoft Visual C++.
So in other words, one part of the community is waging war on another part of the community because they take their community seriously enough to want to do so. Then they tell the powerless side to get over the loss cause it's just an online community. I'm glad people make so much sense." -- Tab
