What about a song about facing and conquering one's own inner demons and fears, growing and becoming stronger? Anyone?

Although not a DBZ fan and having basically zero knowledge of almost all characters, I must admit this is a well-put-together vid - very well done. This really is a nice song. I was imagining something a little quieter. Agh, it's so hard, I know I'm being really picky, but it might be a little too wordy for me to flow scenes together. I think we're getting closer to the feeling I want though. It's hard to know if a song will work watching it in someone else's amv, but it is how I've learned about many songs.

I think the trouble is that I wanna essentially do a sequel to my "Let your Spirit Evolve" vid, but to the second season - a multi-character profile if you will - a greatest moments sum up tribute vid. Short of using the same song over again, I wanted to focus on the central theme I thought running through this season. And, well, if that's not easily available (not that I haven't been getting suggestions, just want a lot of possibilities!) All Digimon is about growing up, becoming stronger, facing your fears and inner demons.

And Thanks again for any and all suggestions!

Episode of Buffy? You wouldn't happen to be referring to "Wild Horses" by the Sundays, would you? That was on a soundtrack CD for that show. I particularly recall the words to that song seemed to speak of someone the singer would always love even if she mistreated him. ("No sweeping exits or offstage lines/Can make me feel bitter or treat you unkind").

An interesting note on that song, if it does happen to be the one you remember: when I first heard this, it was a slightly sped-up version. I was rather miffed when I realized it had been altered, because the unaltered original didn't sound as passionate and beautiful. You might want to try this yourself; try altering the sound wave file's sample rate from 44100 to 48000 without compensating for the shift in pitch and tempo, and see whether you agree that it sounds better that way.

Couple good songs with forgiveness/getting your Head together themes, Don Henly's "Heart of the Matter," and "Forgiven" by Alannis Morrissette.
