Well, if you’re talking about the "Windows XP Service Pack 2" then the reason might be that there's spyware in your computer.
There was a statement released saying that these spyware could cause conflicts with the Service Pack but this is an isolated anomaly, one that is not Microsoft's fault.
So I recommend you get a spyware eliminating software.
I have "Spy Sweeper" by Webroot and it works great, plus every Norton product available to man.
Damn the spywares.
Is Service Pack 2 fuckin up my BW

I don't have that problem with Premiere Pro...Bakadeshi [AuN Studios] wrote:well it would seem that I spoke too soon. I'd like anyone else with SP2 and Premiere pro to help confirm this, but it seems that something in SP2 is causing premiere Pro to crash on export... randomly. I tried reinstalling all software, codecs, and drivers relevat to how premeire would operate, and nothing worked. uninstalled SP2 and it worked again. It maybe the new directx 9.0c... I may try installing that seperate to see if it causes the problems again. So for now SP2 is back off my system, and I have to eat my words defending SP2 in my earlier post. At least until I track this problem down.
...although I'm not sure whether I have SP2 installed.
