A question about American titles on a-m-v.org

As Scintilla pointed out with the quote above, Its definately against the rules to even list non anime sources, however it seems that the mods don't realy delete them if its not on local, but it still DQs you from the VCAs. As I see it, the VCA rule is a measure to discourage such uploading of Non-Anime videos. wich would include such american cartoons as Family guy, Futurerama, etc. The iste purpose is supposed to be just for Anime music videos, and I can understand the reasoning behind keeping it to just that.

What about manga music video? Animating Japanese manga in such a way that it's Japanese anime? (like the Buttlord GT video, but using actual manga) That'd fit two criteria of being a) Japanese, and b) animation.

Er, actually, by this I don't mean simply tossing manga pages up on the screen and panning around them, but manipulation on the character/object level, more like the FLCL scene.

those are live action... so no. anime is anime... if you say "anime based but not anime" ITS NOT ANIME!!! so its stupid to even ask the question.
