won't bother digging up a link, but i think it was AFO a couple years ago when i saw it. berserk to "holy war". so awful it literally made my laugh uncontrolably. the coordinator told me to shut up

There's a Berserk video set to "Bullet with Butterfly Wings" that would get my vote - namely because the sheer quantity of half-assed-ness put into it gives it some hilarious B-movie like charm. Its got it all: nearly 100MB in size, bad video quality, ADPCM audio, occasional nearest-neighbor resizing and interlacing, MS Paint polygon-tool cutouts, Euphoria windmills, rotating video cubes, bouncing video polygons, burn transitions, shatters, random waveforms, spelling mistakes in the overlaid text, and more!
