It does release endorphines.

Here's what I do: I open Premiere and stare it down into submission. Then when I realize I still don't have the F-ing patience to do anything I close Premiere, do a few puhups or whatever exercise I can to make me sweat and force me into the shower. Because when I'm in the shower I always get struck by the lightningbolt of inspiration, and I have to run out of the shower to write down my idea right away and start working on it.

Of course there's probably no one on the planet that has the same demented process as myself but it's a contribution nonetheless.
And God spoke unto the Chicken, and He said: "Thou shalt crosseth the road", and the Chicken did cross the road, and there was much rejoicing.

Thinking of new jokes/ideas or seeing stuff work is motivation.

My advice would be to simply ask yourself if it's the right clip or the right song. I've done this a lot. Sometimes the clips you choose would go better with another song. Lower your standards of the music and explore a wider range. Sooner or later you'll find the perfect song.[/b]

2. Conquer the beast.
3. If you can't conquer the beast, kick it in the sack.

Damn, how many times must I lose motivation in my works? Far to many! I guess the only reason I usually stay motivated is the competition between me and my friends/challengers. Competition always brings the best out of me.
