It will be very hard to do, but the good news is that they are all really goofy songs to begin with, so that making a goofy vid shouldnt be that hard... I dont think...

Ok, let me give you all a quick update about what is going on with the workings of this project. The first order of business is going to be setting up a website, and I will be setting up a forum aswell. This will all happen when my provider starts being responsible (IE NEVER) or I find a different provider. But that shouldnt really concern any of you beyond its acedemic meaning. The point is that Im working towards getting us a home.
Ive also made a decision about something, because there are SO MANY TRACKS and because it would be fun to make this a more long term project, even after the initial deadline I would like to continue work and make this a continuesly updating project (IE every time a creator finishes a new song, it will be added to the mix.) This also makes the Webpage, and especially a BBS more necisary. So, yeah, Im working on that.
In the mean time, what can be done? Well, first off, all of you that have decided to take part in this project but have not yet call dibs, I urge you to go onto KaZaA and figure out which song you would like to do. I dont have the CDs just yet, so I cant distribute the wavs for editing yet, but if you can smudge it and use the mp3s to start editing your project that would be great. If thats a problem for whatever reason then just hold on, Ill be back in the states soon when I can do a little better job of runing the scene.
And as for all of you that havent comited yet, there are MORE than enough songs to go around. We are running 8 editors strong at the momment, and we could use any new comers that have any interest in joining.
On last thing, I still need a technical helper/advisor/coordinator, so I have an invitation out, but should that fall through, is there anyone with sufficient technical expirience that feels they would like to fill those shoes? Note that if that I cannot find anybody for the position, its no big deal, this project shouldnt be as technically crazy as others (I dont THINK at least) so if push comes to shove I can do it myself.
Thank you everyone for your support!
