If you're talking about yaoi you always can check Bronze for naked guys, but if you want something without guy-on-guy action you should check Bastard!, the main character apperars naked very often. I think Spike from Cowboy Bebop appears shirtless the first episode. With the Gantz suit makes men look almost naked...

And just because I can't avoid mention it, in second Death Note ending Light appears shirtless, but only for a few seconds.

I'm currently editing trinity blood and masking just 1 scene with abel Nightroads hair flowing in the wind while he turns around nearly killed me (64 pngs later) because it takes forever to do those in AE (for me) so making something with as much masking as deshi's vid and I'd prolly die not Pas.
