Shortest is the 2 hour Iron Chef limit. This applies to Mastertape, Golden, and Main de Dieu.
Minmay 2.0 was started in 2003, it is now almost the end of 2008, which makes it over five years and it still isn't finished.
More realistically, several months. I believe it works out, on average, to a new video every six months. Remove collaborations and MEPs and the average stretches out further. Remove the above mentioned Iron Chefs, and we're looking at perhaps ninth months on average, maybe.
A long, long time.

Same with FF VII, FF VIII, Final Fantasy 20th Anniversary, Final Fantasy VII Crisis Core, Disgaea Afternoon of Darkness, GTA Liberty/Vice City Stories, GTA III, GTA Los Andreas, Super Smash Bros, Mario Party, GoldenEye, I think Half Life (PS2) but I ain't sure, Metal Gear Solid 3 Snake Eater, Lumines 2, Metal Gear Solid Portable Ops... Just to name a few... I mean, 7 hours a day is pretty simple to accomplish when it comes to video games, especially on weekends when you can make up for lost time.
But on the subject on hand, I say take your time. I rushed a couple AMVs at the end just to have them finished, and when I watched them after I uploading them to the Org I noticed alot of (small) things that coulda made the AMV just a tad bit better, like better syncing, scene selection, etc. etc. So, taking longer to edit is sometimes better. Or something like that anyways :/

Because of the grammatical error in your post, it just suddenly occurred to me how my previous comment could've been taken offensively. Just for the record, I didn't mean it that way. I quoted your statement because I agreed with it.8bit_samurai wrote:Damn. I'm not saying 100 is a lot, but I would think of 100 hours in more of a month and a half or two, not only 3 weeks.
