I'll just say it right now, I'm a newb. I've always loved AMV's and have always wanted to make them but had no clue how. I read through most of the posts and guides but am still confused on how to start. The first thing you need to do is to put the anime's I want to use on the computer correct? And if so, how do you do that, I have tried and I cant capture the footage.
Thanks for understanding that im a stupid newb and any help would be apprieciated.

Attack of the n00b!
First things first:
I am n00b, hear me roar.
Next thing: For making AMVs, will Jasc Software's Animation Shop 3 work? Or will I need different software?
(Note: This has probably been covered, but I don't have much time before I have to go and couldn't read all 18 pages)

Ok, if youre a n00b, id recommend " Windows Movie Maker " ( its free in XP and very easy to use ) if youre used to it, i recommend " Ulead Video Studio " and when you feel you can handle the next level, try " Adobe Premiere " or " Vegas "thorn_de_noche wrote:

The n00b Strikes Again...
Thanks!
So here's my next question: If it comes with XP, can I just pop in my Windows XP CD and install it? I'm like the ultimate n00b, here.
