I've got to say Vacation Ad by Trunks. I find it extramly funny! It's only good for people who laugh at sheer randomness and pointless humor.

Another good one is This Video Sucks by Doki Doki. It's for people who can laugh at other's bad luck and pitiful lives. Not recromended for people under thirteen :)

My favorite funny ones have been one using the song "Creation of Man" starring Ayayme from Fruits Basket, and one using the "Dungeons and Dragons" audio but putting various anime characters lip synking the words. I find lip synk vids hilarious.
