Well, I'm tired enough of the whole legal thing by now, and I personally don't hope that, given corporate 'ethics' these days, that it will improve any. On the other hand, I seriously don't anticipate the whole AMV thing to collapse on us anytime soon.

And, hey, in terms of creative rights... I always said this, and I'll stick to it if the day ever comes - if any of the musical artists involved in creating the music I used asks me to remove my AMV's, I'll do so without reservation. Otherwise, I don't really recognize any other authority over the music.
