EVA AMVs you should've made

The following is a list of Evangelion videos that I plan to do in the future. They are, in an almost completely random order:

Phil Collins – Strangers Like Me (Rei and Shinji POVs, how they think about each other a lot)
Linkin Park - Points of Authority (Shinji POV, Asuka burn)
Nickelback – Just For (Hikari POV, pissed at Shinji for almost killing Toji, humorous)
Leann Womack - I Hope You Dance – (No POV, Shinji profile)
Prince – When Doves Cry (Shinji and Asuka POVs, how they have a lot of the same problems)
Britney Spears – Stronger (Rei POV, Rei tribute)
Britney Spears – Lucky (No POV, Asuka tribute)
Linkin Park – The whole goddamn Reanimation CD (Shinji POV, misc. themes, mostly Asuka burning)
Oingo Boingo – Dead Man’s Party (Asuka’s last stand)
Pat Benatar – (a bunch of songs) – (a bunch of themes)
Stan Bush – Never Surrender (Asuka’s last stand)
Depeche Mode – People are People (Shinji POV, Asuka burn)
Chumbawumba – I get knocked down (Shinji POV, Shinji getting ass kicked)
Jefferson Airplane – Don’t you want somebody to love (no POV, Shinji profile)
System of a Down – Aerials (no POV, misc. themes)
Ace of Base – Tokyo Girl (No POV, Rei Tribute)
Eiffel 65 – Blue (no POV, Shinji tribute)
Iron Maiden – Fear of the Dark (battle footage at night, people sitting in chairs in a dark room during the last 2 episodes, etc. my friend dared me to...)
Iron Maiden – Virus (My friend dared me to...)
Survivor – Burning Heart (no POV, EOE battle footage)
Madonna – Swim (Rei POV, Rei Tribute)
Madonna – The Power of Goodbye (Rei POV, Rei Tribute)
Madonna - You'll See (Rei POV, Rei Tribute)

As you can see, I have a lot on my plate. I also have to wonder whether or not Madonna saw Evangelion and made the Ray of Light album partially in Rei's honor. The line "So that we can begin again, wash away all our sin" is TOTALLY what Third Impact was about, and "Freedom comes when you learn to let go, creation comes when you learn to say no" is PERFECT for the part of EOE where Rei ditches Gendo to start Third Impact on her own. Plus the already-famous Frozen video...

Now I haven't seen Evangelion YET, but I really don't think that Britney Spears will work with it.

I didn't think Britney would work with Cowboy Bebop until I saw a Faye tribute set to Britney's "Overprotected"

You'd be surprised how well a few of Britney's songs work with certain shows.

Then you are a closed-minded and prejudiced moron with your head stuck up your ass, much like those "anime is the work of Satan" nutjobs. Or, you could accept that there is some merit to some of Britney's songs, and be a normal, intelligent, open-minded person. (okay, maybe normal contradicts the other two, but you know what I mean)

hey, if they can use a song that's a spoof of Britney Spears', they can certainly use her music too....well it makes sense to me

No, it's more like I couldn't possibly imagine a Britney - Eva video being any good, so it would be more like torture. But then again, it would all depend upon the approach. The one you said to describe Asuka might work alright, but "Lucky" makes me want to drive foreign objects up my nostrils. I don't see how people can love that song. And I'm not close-minded about her music at all; I listen to it and give it a chance. I just believe it's horrible, and can't fathom how she became so popular. Oh yeah, that's right: she's pretty hot and has tits

Anyhow, I've seen one good Britney AMV, and that would be You Choose Sam, The Rest's one, using "Oops! I Did It Again" to Love Hina.

Actually, it's because a lot of her music is good. A lot of it is pretty bad too *cough*stupidslavesong*cough*, but you can say that about everyone. Lots of women on the planet are hot, but they don't all become popular performers. And for some reason, most of Britney's fans are female... so unless they're lesbians, I'm guessing it's the music.

If you are referring to Khen Rigzin's "The tale of a life.." (A Faye Valentine character profile), I just wanted to point out that it blatantly rips off scenes with effects from Ermac's Eurobebop.
