Also, most people aren't honest enough to admit to it, but i'd wager a guess a good number of people want to become "famous" in some sort of limited sense - to gain some sort of self-worth. And more than a few people must think of it as gateway into real editing in some way.

QFT, Though I have enough other interests to just have fun making my uniformly mediocre videos, that's not the way I started though...
