About the origin of the name of your Studio?

3 teenage male roommates = shared file server gets named "CornDog"

I put my vids on CornDog. CornDog Vids feels like it's missing a syllable. Toss on another vid for good measure. Thus CornDog VidVids came into being.

Perhaps a merger with VNS in the future?
CornDog Nightmares? CDN? Nah...
Visualized VidVids? .... TRIPLE V?!! ... PERHAPS!

waaaaay back when i was a young wippersnapper in the good ol days........ Ok i'm not vlad, leme start talking normal

but yea, when I was younger, in school still, I used to run a fan-site on anime and the like, which I then named Anime Universe Network. (abreviated AUN) Aftewards when I fansubed, it was called AUN Fansubs, and late AUS for Anime Univese Studios. for various reasons, including a fallthrough with one of my translators who was ripping people off under my name, I stopped fansubbing for a while and retired that name. fasforward to my first amv release, when I got to the point on the video upload page that I needed to choose a studio, AUNMV (Anime UNiverse Music Videos) was born, which then later became just AuN Studios.

I'm sure you're all highly anticipating my response, so my studio name is just my user name with "Studios" after it. It's not even a real pretend studio at the moment; more of a way to stick my name on videos. I considered making a studio called "Bonnay Studios" after my avatar/logo, but I think I'll hold off on that until I get more serious and maybe make something that's better than "sort of okay".

If I had known my videos would have ever been available for public consumption I don't think I would have gone with Crazy Vegeta Productions. A studio name that works fine with DBZ action videos, but not so good tacked in front a more dramatic offering. However, by the time I found this place I had already grown attached to it and couldn't bring myself to change it.

Ormheim is just the name of my website. I picked it because I have outrageously ambitious plans for my site Breakdown of the name: Orm = dragon, heim = home/world/realm. I tacked on Productions because I do a variety of creative projects. Not just AMVs.
