Certain editors will still be downloading their footage and the U.S. anime industry will be on the verge of death, thereby killing the hobby they love.

Someone should dig up those threads, they would be interesting to read.

- I believe I will be about as old as Vlad is now.

- He won't be dead, however, I bet he'll be working in AE doing the crazy stuff he always does....still.

- Liz and Brad will almost be celebrating their 5th wedding anniversary.

- The music video industry will retire many editors, and mtv will finally have awesome videos from people who know how to edit (I'm not saying all are bad, but damn they could use some editors from this site.)

I think we'll be fine, the recording industry will still be in the dark about this site, and we will proudly have better quality vids than 95% of the AMV crap on YouTube.

- Zarx is still improving his GUI to the awsmnss never seen before

- Koop made a few other shiny vids which pleased the masses and few slow vids which pleased me

- I am still making slow vids. They have slightly more effects, though. Slow effects :<

- Nya-chan Production studio still has only one member

- 6th Annual Project:Editor contest takes place; Code got tired by organising it at 4th year and left it to blabbler

- Radical Yue still thinks I am a crazy weirdo and refuses to talk to me more than necessary T_T

- Chiika made a vid which was even crazier than AotO and which had to be removed from Org shortly after uploading, because of complaints about some epileptic seizures when watching it

- Vlad still lives(, it was found out his name doesn't lie and he's actually a vampire)

- People start noticing there are visual novels and work with them, further closing the gap between MADs and AMVs

- godix gets a plush cat on every con he comes to, it's become a habit and his room is full of those

- grandbahamut finished his first AMV and is on verge of releasing another one

- There is yet another logo, people complain every year that "the old one is crappy" and they get even crappier which they whine about

- There was a big case about AMVs and copyright laws but in the end nothing was solved and it's just as today

- MPC and CCCP still plays 99% of all AMVs

- Etc...

There will be an original anime series all about AMV editing (or I should MAD editing) with epic melodorama, romance, action, horror, and comedy of course. And thrown in raep scenes for more dorama (or comedy if you're that sadistic).

This is true and we can change the industry for the better.

Now we just need more amv editors who are willing to make the jump into pro editing.
