Haha, jk. But in all seriousness. Experience is good. Anyone can have it really. It's all just a matter of developing that experience and make sue of it in a way that benefits you and others. In this case AMV's.

I've been making AMVs since 2003 but I didn't know how to rip DVDs to get footage for awhile, I've only made about 13 official AMVs but I'm getting better, I don't have a lot of experience but I do have some, I won a contest and that surprised me. My goal is to keep improving.

I think I decided I was experienced enough when I would get reviews where people would "correct" my editing, or tell me what I did wrong - and I'd just think "I did it that way on purpose" . Or when I decided to "agree to disagree" with several of the comments/opinions that I get.

Sure I can always get more experience, and each new video I attempt to try something a bit different (even if it's only in my own head), but to know what I like, and how I like it, is a very good thing.
