I am both honored and offended that my banner was your prime example of the "annoying" banners.
Just to be honest, Not everyone who makes those banners really mean it. When I made that banner, I was just thinking that the picture would go well with the "Leave an opinion!" line, I mean, it didn't look like she would be saying "Please leave an opinion my dear friend." I do not wish to force anyone to leave useless opinions, but I do like constructive critisism. Not having at least one opinion is kind of annoying too, AMVs are here for people to enjoy after all, and people like to know if you enjoyed it or not. I'm sorry that my banner annoys you, If I knew how people didn't think these type of banners were cute, like I do sometimes, I wouldn't have made a banner in the first place. Besides, its not like I thought this would be worthy enough to become an actual banner, but it doesn't hurt to try once in a while. This was all my opinion by the way, I don't mind those banners to much, but you do make somewhat of a point so I'm sorry for being annoying and making no sense.

Ari-chan, you shouldn't apologise. Banners are just silly images created for decoration and amusement. They're fun to make, and it's cool when they win. They don't have to hold any value or meaning to them. There are a lot of banners that just have images without text. Is that supposed to mean something? No. It's anime simply used for advertising the site.
Guys, these banners are just a fun thing members of the site make when their bored. It's silly to over-analyze and make big deals out of the little things that really don't matter in the long run.
And animal, please don't email me just because you post something you think I might care about. It's like saying "Hey look - I 'dissed' you, fight back!"- it's *kind* of pathetic, and I honestly don't need it.
I made that banner for kicks, I didn't expect people to criticise it and rant on about how it's supposed to make you feel. I didn't make it to motivate you to leave opinions, I made it because I wanted to. If it bothers you so much, don't look at it.Animal4890 wrote:yes, it's excellent demotivation and tactless whining. This one is a bit...overly demanding, isn't it?
