Ive uploaded ALOT of AMVs on youtube.

I take no credit for it.

But people dont look at my profile(whichs says the videos I upload are not mine unless I say so)and assume I made the videos.

Its annonying when they PM you about it.

whats more annoying is when 12 yearolds ask me how to make videos, then get mad when i send them technical guides... o.0

or when the answer to their quesiton is in the video description, and they ask anyways.

so now we all react like Evanesance's lawyers??? Brilliant. I'm sorry to those that just comment with the proper credit (I hope you include the song/ anime)... but even that's more than I'd do /lazy. I'm saying, like the 'auto' (that I don't think is auto anyway) reply in the first post said, seriously think about it. YOU don't have a copyright on it, so sue me!!! It's the internet, get used to it. To those that are just trying to correct them, that's good and more power to ya, this is to the ppl that think this is the end of the world.

Just received an answer to my comment today. That guy was writting something like

"I'm not guilty, a friend of mine send me the video. It already was that way. Blablablablabla..."

It's really funny how some guys try to excuse themselves.

Evanescence lawyers first of all had no choice, it's their work. About us.. Try to think about what is happening, we on the org Always gave credits to the group, we NEVER said "Hey I made this song for this video". Don't you think?

We actually never "Stole" the music in the meaning of say "I done it by myself with my group". Even if legally this don't change nothing. On YouTube people actually stole our creations, without giving ANY credit to the creator (our creations are neither the song or the anime, but the editing). If they were only distribuiting it, the only thing that could have bothered us would have been something like "They could have asked first", but in the end it would be anyway something "right"

Taking all the credit of have made something, cutting also the credits, though, change everything. What you think? =) (I'm sorry if in some way I'm been unable to express myself in the best way.)

thats what all the theives say, its always their friends fault...

just call them on it... cause its bull..

for the most part though, I am more flattered that people had uploaded my videos, just wish that they could have asked permission though... most people on there only do it cause they want to put it on their friendster or myspace... (weather or not myspace is blocking them)
