That has nothing to do with amvs. I was talking about them targetting amvs that 'use their footage' the way we target liars who steal credit for our amvs. It's not the same as what you're talking about. Those sweeps were never targetting amvs and they still aren't. Amvs are the petty thieves and squatters getting blown up along with the terrorists, that's all. Not quite innocent bystanders no one will miss when the smoke clears because they shouldn't have been squatting there to begin with.
Did you read the rest of the post?, I write the cause and then the "what happened later" :? . Anyway I don´t care about that anymore, I just stopped uploading AMVs with Law restriction on YT. Now I upload video-gameplays XD.

Well, I'm jumping on the dead horse beating express with this one... I need a topic to present about for a "speaking skills" related class i'm taking. I was thinking this one (the general topic of youtube on digital rights management and how it affects fan vidding communities). Now the question is, How much irony is present if i bring up such matters in an open-forum discussion? (especially if it's going to be focusing on bemoaning the undue attention communities like this one are receiving as a result.)

oh i was flattered! me and my friends are still laughing about it... i mean really, who in the hell wants to pretend to be ME out of all people?? atleast i would pretend to be someone like decoy or koop... but i find it funny. Oh and i have found a few videos of mine on youstube, all of them said "i didnt make this" or something to that extent, which is awsome, cause they kept my name with it and everything. I personally like it when i randomly find my own work uploaded to youtube.. i mean really, that means that there are people out there who accually like what im doing.. and thats awsome!

hey what should be done when someone has stolen one of your AMVs and planted a different song over it and continues to deny stealing it while deleting comments you and friends make? -_-

Is it really something that can be reported or should be left un-reported since AMVs aren't legal anyway?

i think from now on in my amvs i'm gonna try and sneakily stick my name in the corner of a random scene where it really isnt noticable unless you look for it so on the off chance that someone does steal my work (not likely considering the current quality of my amvs lol) then i'll just be able to point out that part out. and even if they do notice it they will have to completely edit a section of the amv out in order to remove it.
