Tossing two more into the pile *still surprised they've been forgotten so far*

Shagia and Olba Frost...these two border on evil incarnate in some moments. Bitter about the fact they weren't picked by the old Federation as Newtypes, they've become fixated on the idea of getting the world to notice them...by any means necessary, no matter how many people have to die to do it...
On a random plus side, they also sport some stylish MS (the Virsago puts the Epyon to shame)
But that's kind of a moot point
