Well I kinda pulled my name outta my ass as my username for Runescape. I liked the name and kept it long after I quit the game like.... 5 years ago.

I've gone through several nicknames however and still use some of them.

Hakamichi was a name I used for a short time after playing the demo for Katawa Shoujo, my favourite character is Shizune Hakamichi

Hacchin was a name given to me by Nya-chan.

Hacchinya is just Hacchin with nya at the end for fun.

Kit calls me Hatch and some people call me by my real name. But mostly people call me Hacchin or haster.

There are many Knownames on the internet now, but I was the original. way back in Gemstone 3 on Prodigy (before Al Gore and his WWW ). They hated my name in that text based RPG. Banned me 3x just because of my name . But anyway now there are many but I doubt any of them could date back to where I can! Still no clue where I came up with it lol. I also go by Pdraggy, that's a mix of Puff Dragon and Puff Daddy. Go figure.

I was a huge Trekkie when I was 16 and started using the name on aol. Dax was my favorite female character at the time. On AOL the proper spelling was either taken or it was back in the days where they feared copyright infringement over character names being used as screen names, I don't remember which. The original version when I was 13-14 was Jadzzia. I used to frequent sci-fi chat rooms.

I was never interested in naming myself after my favorite character who is male, or anything creepy like "Odo's Girl". @_@ eeeew.

I'm still a fan, but not as active as I was.

A bit of a story actually..

It was about summer of 1997, just finished with school and was headed home on the bus. As usual, everyone in the back was all loud and causing mischief. One of them staring out the window gets wide eyed and yells out "omg look out!!" The bus driver looks at the side view mirror and there's a trex chasing us. Just as it's about to grab the back of the bus, a giant robot comes in and they fight it out. Later on, we find out that the bus driver was cheating on his wife, with the dinosaur.

And that's how Christmas came to be.

My sister's husband once made a satirical post on his blog asking if aliens are real. The blog post was nicely decorated with a silly photo of me fooling around. The photo was entitled "Kosmit?". Kosmit is basically a bastardised version of the polish word kosmita, which means an alien/extraterrestial. I liked the title so much it became my new nick. Plus it sounds funny to polish speakers.
