While most people would go for something zany I would take the approach that Hsien Lee took in the first half of his video, My Iron Lung to the song My Iron Lung by Radiohead. (Excellent AMV by the way.) I'm still not sure which song I'd use but Coldplay's song We Never Change is floating around in my head.
