So, super search says there are 15 amvs catalogued with this anime. And since the pic is straight from the anime, it could be any of them. I took some time to watch most of them... so:

15 - 2 that don't have Locals or other links: 13
13 - 4 amvs I've checked and I can surely say that they don't have this scene: 9
9 - 4 vids that were made by some Gibbo_the_Great guy in 2009 with subs and such: 5
5 - 2 videos that are old enough and preview doesn't even work: 3

Those 3 videos are Copycat Revolver's vids for Project Editor.

EDIT: I checked all 3 of them, this pic is not in them too. Petar, what kind of sorcery is this.

after some good minutes interrogating Petar, I have found out that "Dogs: Stray Dogs Howling in the Dark" is NOT the anime (it was "Dogs: Bullets and Carnage") and so, I came to the conclusion that the screencap came from [MEP] CracK by GabberMD and friends, a video that's NOT famous because... it was uploaded 1 week ago.

Petar will stay in jail for the next 2 days. You may bring him cigarettes and porn magazines from 4 to 6 pm.
