I agree 100%!!! Anyway, why they hell would anyone give up something they enjoy as a hobby regarless of age! Hobbies can be enjoyed at any age!
What's really sad is that people seem to think that they must give up things as they get older as they are only for the young to enjoy ... That's a bunch of bull and gives way to the saying "grump old people"!
Age is both a physical and mental thing and if you act and believe your too old, them you ARE old

Some people may become bored of something and move on. That's fine. However, if someone truly enjoys a hobby, who cares what age you are? I'm involved in several other hobbies (i.e. road course driving events) that encompass a vast age group ~18-60 year olds). No one is too old there. I don't see any difference here either.
