Anyone remember how people got angery when we were forced to take down art belonging to a few music groups? I know its not exactly the same thing as this, but you have to wonder how open people here actualy are about the notion of people owning there creations.

but most people on this site give credit where credit is due.. I've yet to see someone claim that they drew each animation frame and created each song (save for a few flash toons) Most of the people that I've run across on youtube.com have been really courtious and nice, and willing to give credit, and only wanting to upload it there so they can put it on their video profiles or whatever..

though just like on a-m-v.org there are also the people willing to rip off other people...

Theivery is everywhere, and 99% of the time when it comes down to it, with videos its ammounts to laziness...

You still have implied intellectual copyright on your edits, though that might not come through that well in any legal sence, so it's against the rules of their site to post those videos.

I requested the version of Quahog Kombat that was on the site to be taken down (it had my credits at the end taken out), then tried uploading my own version and it said that the video was inappropriate.

I do not get this at all.
