You make/save the pic in something better than MSPaint. MSPaint'ssaving options suck heavily.

Well MSPaint is all i have, besides gimp which i'm still figuring out.

(i am not sure about size. i just made it to be in the same size, but I guessed the size of the opaque spaces by eye and failed a little, I think...
