Hi, I'm new here and I'm not too familiar with forums, but I made my first AMV yesterday and today, which you can find here;

Sooo, what I need help with is how do I upload it on this site (I don't like YouTube's quality), and enter it into contests n' stuff?
Any feedback would be great too, thanks!

Well, the first step would be to enter your video's information into our catalog. After that, you should be able to click on the upload video button (under "Editors" on the left-side menu on the main site) to get ftp credentials.

After that, you can either read my ftp uploading guide, watch Radical_Yue's video on uploading, or get pwolFTP instead (it's purpose-built for uploading here).

As for entering contests, it's best to read the rules for each contest you want to enter. Many convention-based contests have topics in the AMV Contests section, so that'd be a good place to start.
