I am assuming that you want full-body hair monstrous wolfs and not furries like Holo. If that assumption is wrong let me know. Otherwise here are some.

Dracula from Hidan no Aria, Episode 12. (Yeah I am aware that I just said Dracula is a werewolve, Hidan No Aria is a pretty bad anime)
Komaoura Sajin from Bleach, after he stops wearing his helmet
Drake from Kyoukai Senjou No Horizon II. You see him most in episode 5
Voban from campione. Episode 7

I wouldn't call them werewolves per-say... But what about Wolf's Rain? The people turn into wolves I believe.
