Female robots & androids

I have some leads, but I thought I'd ask for recommendations, too. I'm particularly interested in robots that are obviously mechanical, either in their design or as a result of their "disguise" breaking down. If they just look like a normal lady, and we only know they're a robot from exposition, that interests me less. Thanks!
