Metal Gear Rising. Does it count?
Does Metal Gear Solid/Metal Gear Rising count as anime? I figured that if Final Fantasy is considered as such, MGS would as well due to it's core being somewhat similar to anime culture, but I'm not sure.

The only FF that counts is the TV series and the films/ovas. There is no Metal Gear anime as far as I know.

Footage wise, it's acceptable. It's a Japanese produced product, of course it's on the premise of video game footage but it still has it's backbone support from fans and you wouldn't be dinged for using it.
