AMV ethics paper questions

Thanks to everyone who already gave me a few things I can use. Here's some question's I came up with. Any other thoughts are welcome too.

1. What would you like to be referred to if I quote you?
2. Credentials? (ie. Made videos, won awards for videos, gave talks on how to make, etc.) Talk yourself up.
3. Computer system and program used?
4. What is your main reason for making AMV's?
5. Are AMV's illegal or is the making of AVM's illegal? Why?
6. Any other topics related you'd like to comment on?
7. Can you recommend any sites on AMV's where I can get some extra information on AMV's in general? (background resources)
