Need help making animated music video

Hello!
I am searching for someone who can help me out making an animated music video.
I want a pretty simple sketch like style, it doesnt have to be sketched by hand but I want everything to be made from scratch - no software presets.
You and I will together work out a storyboard for the video. The song is in the indie-rock genre and almost 4 minutes long.
The video will be posted on youtube and used as promotion for my music.
I will pay you for the work, but my budget is unfortunately limited.
