Not a new AMV editor, but no one's ever seen
Hello there~
I thought this would be an interesting topic, as this is exactly what I am. I have been making AMVs since 2009, however, none of them I have ever shared except with my brother, and he makes AMVs, too (we also collab a lot as well). All of our videos have practically been for our own entertainment, and sadly, we don't have very many friends into anime whom we can share it with! Well, recently when going to Anime Conji and for the first time seeing the AMV Contest, we've decided we should enter contests together so our future AMVs can finally see the light of day.
So, I was wondering, what about any of you? Have any of you been editing for years, yet just never shared your work? If so, for how long and why?

I made nearly 20 videos between 2003 and 2007. A few were shown at cons, and they were occasionally online. I don't think any remain in the wild. I was never any good, but I loved making them at the time.

I edited amv's from 2002-2007, just got back in this year. I've always have posted my videos here because I wanted to share them with people. Most people around here make their amv's for fun and post them here just to share with everybody. It's always great to have more editors around. I'm with seasons and Tritio, upload them. Welcome to the org. If you have any questions don't be afraid to ask.

Re: Not a new AMV editor, but no one's ever seen
Thanks everyone~ I should also encourage my brother to join; I personally find him a better AMV editor than me, but then again it could be just we have different strengths, and we both have taught each other different skills. I learned beat-matching from him, and I taught him matching lyrics. We also like to create our own effects!
There are some videos I am working on I would love to share, and I just submitted my latest for Nan Desu Kan (maybe I'll upload it here too for opinions, I don't think it is against the contest's rules for it to showcase anywhere else XD)

Re: Not a new AMV editor, but no one's ever seen
I made my first AMV in 2006, uploaded my first video here in 2007.
Haven't made one since 2008 though. Ive tried doing small things on and off since then I never completed anything. The last time I fooled around with my Editing programs was about a year ago
