Re: AMV mentor
Hey there!
I'm kind of new at this myself, but I like to think I've got the basics down. I received some great advice and feedback on my videos here. If you go to the topic titled "New Kid", you can see that. I believe most of what was said can apply to basically any AMV. I would be glad to help you personally, but like I said, I'm new to it myself so I don't know how accurate any advice I give you would be. Also I've never used Sony Vegas, so I wouldn't even know where to start there. I use Adobe Premiere Pro CC for my of my projects. If you just want help on where to make cuts and matching lyrics with clips, I may be able to help with that.

Re: AMV mentor
I'm probably not the best person to analyse that particular video, having only ever seen a few episodes of Fairy Tail. Since I don't know the show that well, I didn't get what was happening a lot in the video. My honest advice for anyone would be to find the videos you like most and try to copy the techniques you see in them. You could even send a message to their creators and ask to see their workflow. You might just find someone willing to show you. But the only legitimate criticism I can offer, with my limited knowledge and skills, is to try to source better video. It's not always possible, but it goes a long way toward improving the quality of your project.destroyer437 wrote:i just put on of my amvs in the archive if you wish to see it on my profile
I hope this helps at least a little.
