I've been inspired to make an AMV to a song from Korn's Follow the Leader album. I can't seem to find enough footage of what I need, however.

Here's the deal: I need badasses with a bit of a goth feel to them. An excelent example is Kyosuke Date from Soultaker, but that series is short and the plot was shitty. Dante from Devil May Cry 2 (and to a lesser extent in DMC1) is another perfect example. Too bad DMC isn't an anime.

I need more characters. If you know a goth badass from any other series, toss me a bone. The series can have a terrible plot for all I care. I just need to take clips.

Also, if anyone knows of a series with a sort of hip hop feel to it, give it up. I'm certain these are very rare though, judging from the fact that Japan's music industry is a good ten years behind the US's.

Why don't you try Vampire Hunter D: Bloodlust? That might go well with what you're working on.

i know what your talking about. i tryed makeing one to follow the leader as well. lain to freak on a leash works real well.

Sorry, but I'm gonna be a dick about this. Any character who wears a rimmed hat is out. I want to be able to see the eyes without having to look around a sombrero.

I'm thinking about including some bits from Gawl. Gawl isn't badass, but his generator form is, and the series also has a few nice energy effects.

I have not seen Hellsing or Vamp Hunter D, though I plan to fix that.

Freak and Got the life are out. I was thinking more along the lines of Reclaim my place.

he doesn't wear the rimmed hat ALL the time. In fact, hes at his coolest when the hat comes off.

I'd say Alucard. He's a bad ass without his hat =O
