im planing on doing a character profile using the following song, dont wanna use trigun though, ive used it too much

Well maybe this is going to sound odd - but how about Berserk? I think it expresses the way Griffith must feel during the end of the series when
SPOILERS

when he is first abandoned by his best fighter and good luck charm Gatts, then he gets caught for murdering the queen and half his army is slaughtered, and he ends up being tortured for a year before the remnants of the army manage to rescue him, he's crippled... and there's Gatts, stronger than ever, carrying on a romance with Caska, the woman who used to worship and be in love with Grifith... So Griffith decides to betray them all in return, sacrafice them to gain his own healing and the status of a demon lord, and finish off his revenge by raping Caska in front of Gatts' eyes.

Anyway, I think this would be a wonderful subject to do an AMV about because all the existing Berserk AMVs that I know about are hard rock or metal with blood flying everywhere, and the series really deserves to have a nice character profile done for the 3 main characters, especially Griffith because he's the most complex character who suffers the most and changes the most profoundly.

Could also use Kakyou from the X TV series.

Or if you really want a cruel twist, you could try a tribute to Gendo and Yui from Eva. Considering Eva's overuse, I don't think anyone has, as of yet, tried to portray a human side to Gendo in AMVs (Yui was the only person he ever cared about. He lost her, and nothing else mattered)....
