In my opinion it takes time and dedication. Plus an extreme amount of effort. Plus if you get one video in a competiton then people will start to reconize you. Maybe. Then you come back the following year creating another good video. Or how does it work in your opinion.

If you post enough and have your production name in you sig somewhere, people will likely recognize that you're part of a studio.

they may not know just how good or bad your videos are but thye know that you are part os something.

2) Personally, although I know I couldn't be "great" anyway, I don't care if I'm "great." I care if I have fun. I used to get all angsty about what people thought of me in my last set of wanderings around the net, and it wasn't worth it in the end. Yes, it would be a nice big ego-stroke to win something, but I'm happy just finishing videos at all.

Worrying about status and popularity and crap is what high school is for.

Heh, gotcha. Sorry, being on the internet too long has left me unable to tell the difference between somebody kidding around and somebody pitching a real fit. I should know better.
