Web Server Hosting Bandwidth Question

Well, I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions or information on this whole web hosting bandwidth thing. I've heard some people who've tried to host their videos on a web server, a premium one, and they've gotten kicked off or had their account deleted because of excessive bandwidth usage, due ot the AMVs. The thing is though, that with premium hosting, I figure you'd get either 10gb bandwidth, 20gb, or unlimited. I use www.ipowerweb.com. I was wondering if someone happens to know this web hosting service and how good they are with these bandwidth issues.

I was only curious because I plan to re-host my videos again on my new web server, and I'd just like to have sorted out this whole myth about bandwidth, because it doesn't really make any sense if someone paid for webspace, and gets kicked for 'excessive' bandwidth, when they actually didn't really exceed the set limit.

Sorry for the ignorance... lol... I just don't really feel like waking up the next morning finding out that my web account was deleted. It advertises 30gb bandwidth by the way. Thanks.
