What are some of the better DDR videos out there?

Post by madbunny » Sat Jan 03, 2004 3:46 am

I see them every once in a while, but I can't seem to find groups of them. Given the nature of the whole concept, I'm figuring that it would be fun to throw a bunch together and watch them as a group.

Any recomendations? Also, would it be better to stick to one DDR 'song' at a time? I don't know... advice anyone?
Probably I'm going to throw them onto a DVD for my class to watch when the session starts up again. Don't you all wish you had awesome teacher like me? 8)

So, what is this, the official AWA video, something you put together or what? Ideally like I said, I just wanted a list of the videos that people thought were really good. I'm not adverse to paying for media say at the distro center http://homepage.mac.com/red_wolf/Distro/ or even for an official disk, so long as I know what's on it.

Example: Turboneko did an Azumanga DDR that was pretty good, heres the link

IF that's your style check out XYZ.

It's not my project and I wouldn't want to run it. It is fun to participate in, however.

Yes, that was part of DDR2.

Of course, I'm just shamelessly plugging the DDR project here :P There are obviously videos done to DDR tracks that are not part of the project.

None of them are coming to mind right now; however, I'm sure they'll be as shamelessly plugged very soon.

The videos that are a part of the "official" DDR Projects (1 = 3rd Mix, 2 = 2nd Mix, 3 = 4th Mix) <B>truly are</B> best seen as a part of the WHOLE project. A lot of them have awesome transitions into each other (*cough* trythil* cough), and it just flows so much more naturally as a part of the giant project.

I highly suggest checking out the links trythil gave ya', because you DO want the projects ^_~. I guarantee it!

That said, here are my two favorite non-project DDR-song videos:

<B>Anime</B>: <I>RahXephon</I>

<B>Song</B>: "<I>Healing Vision</I>"

<B>Artist</B>: smile.dk
<B>Son</B>: "<I>Butterfly</I>"

But yeah, definitely check out the projects as a whole!
