Does anyone know how to watch AMVs when they are not dowmloadable?

Na, actually if the video creator hasn't given any information on how to obtain the video, you can try to contact the video creator (email, private message, etc) and see if they have some way you can view the videos. Other than that, there's not much you can do.

well.. ive been trying to delete my videos that arnt downloadable (has no videos on it)... something that i accidently made by mistake since coz i was a newB.. what do i do? just keep it there?

if I remember correctly Phade added a form where you can request your videos be removed

there is a search page. if you goto the main page and click the link in the left menu ("search vid"). After you find a video the video will either be downloadable or not. if it is you'll see "DIRECT" and "LOCAL" links at the bottom. If it has an "INDIRECT" link, the video may still be downlable. hope that helps.
