"I don't think so."
Okay, I need a song with someone, preferably male, saying with great disdain/sarcasm, "I don't think so." Or, "Oh hell no." might work too, or some similar phrase. But it shouldn't have any music playing behind the words. Super bonus points if some music crashes to a halt jest before he says it. So, can anyone thing of a song like that? If I can't get a song I suppose I could use some anime sound track...

I didn't suggest movies simply because I don't own any. Also if I was going to use dialogue I thought something viewers might recognize from hearing in an anime would be better, although a lot of people don't listen to dubed anime anyway... I was thinking of a song mainly because songs are easier to rip and cut up than dvd audio tracks.

You can find a variety of such clips on the South Park site (along with various other exclamations and insights). They have a whole collection of sound bytes from every episode, labelled so you can get a good guess at what each one is without having to listen to them all.
As for movie quotes in general, there's always p2p filesharing. I know I found a whole bunch of movie clips that way, like the speech at the end of The Breakfast Club and the "My Name is Inigo Montoya" line from The Princess Bride. I don't know of any "I Don't Think So" of "Hell No" lines of the top of my head, but hey.
As for songs: I think there was some sorta goofy-sounding rap song that got a little play on MTV a while back with the repeated lines "Is Shaniqua Home? Hell No". Don't remember if the music dropped out on the "Hell No". I also recall another short-lived hit with some wrestler barking "It Doesn't Matter", but that might be too far off from what you're looking for.
